  2. Keep a close eye on the things that you are accomplishing. If you know that you are hitting targets and learning new things, keep a folder documenting it all.   5. Where you can, be generous. You need to avoid taking credit for the work that other people put in. They’re working hard, too. As much as it is important to you to learn more and get ahead, don’t poop all over others to get there. You want to have good networks and be known as someone kind and generous, not stingy and mean.
